• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

ProFit collects necessary data for tracking steps and processing payments.User data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except as required for transactions or by law.

4. Fair Use and Fraud Prevention

Users must not engage in fraudulent activity, including artificially inflating step counts.ProFit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious activity.

5. Subscription & Fees

If ProFit offers subscription plans, users will be billed according to their selected plan.Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.Users may cancel subscriptions before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

6. Third-Party Services & Integrations

ProFit may integrate with third-party services such as Google Fit or Apple Health.Users agree to comply with the terms and policies of these third-party services.

7. User Conduct & Restrictions

Users must not attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app's functionality.Accounts must not be shared or used for fraudulent activities.Any misuse of the app will lead to account suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All ProFit trademarks, logos, content, and technology are owned by Leap91 Solutions Pvt. Ltd.Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use ProFit’s intellectual property without permission.

9. Termination Clause

ProFit reserves the right to terminate accounts without prior notice if a user violates these terms.Terminated users forfeit any pending rewards or balances.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

11. Limitation of Liability:

ProFit is not responsible for any technical issues that may affect step tracking or payments.Users participate in challenges at their own risk; ProFit is not liable for injuries or health issues related to physical activity.

12. Modifications to Terms

ProFit may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
